Bebe Gaia is a lovely name embracing both my french origin and my commitment to offer women an unique birth experience. I have moved to South Birmingham few years ago with my 2 lovely daughters and hubby.

After the birth of my youngest one at Birmingham women’s hospital, I felt so empowered that I decided to become a doula and a childbirth educator / antenatal teacher.

While doing a UK distance learning degree in adult antenatal education, I trained in London in 2007 with Dr Michel Odent and Liliana, an experienced doula www.paramanadoula.com. Since February 2008, I work as antenatal teacher for NCT and offer parenting classes to young mums.

I also attend on a regular basis UK study days/workshops to up-date my knowledge and skills e.g. water birth, relaxation, massages, supporting women in labour.

I work in total respect and honestly with all expectant mother or partnership, regardless of race, nationality, religious belief, sexuality, age or disability. I striclty abide by the Doula UK code of practice.

I am also insured by Independent Professional Therapists International www.iptiuk.com and have an up-to-date Enhanced CRB Disclosure certificate (2008).
